My job
I am a full-time videographer for NXT Creative. I am responsible for all aspects of video production from pre-production and shooting, to motion graphic design and post production.
This role puts me in contact with lots of people in many interesting places. It’s always an adventure making videos with NXT Creative.
I’m always learning
It’s important to have a broad set of skills, especially in the media industry. Technology advancements are making it easier for just about anyone to take good pictures, edit videos and make graphics. To be the best at what I do, I put a lot of effort into making sure I’m up to date on current trends, technology and software.
When I’m not working
I live in Lancaster County in the small town of Marietta with my wife Aura, our baby girl Maren, and our dog Leo. On weekends, we like to take Maren on adventures, work around the house and hang out with friends and family.
Rock climbing is a big passion of mine. Lancaster County is home to some great bouldering areas like Mount Gretna and Governor Stable. On the weekends or after work you can often find me in the woods trying to climb the most difficult boulders.
